Arowana swiming upside-down

Hi All,
My 17 inches Asian Arowana is swimming upside down from last few hours, I have shifted him to hospital tank reduced water level to 7 inches, Given him sponge support so that he stays straight up.
Can the expert's here Pls guide me further with any medications or any suggestions.

I’m no expert on arowanas but what are your water parameters? Perhaps a swim bladder issue?

Checked water parameters, they are ok changed water 40 %, I think it's swim bladder disease but how to treat it, water temperature is 28

How long have you had the Arowana? How old is the Arowana?
How often do you do water changes weekly, biweekly, or monthly?
Please list your water parameters this will help.
