Me too but unfortunately jardini are the most aggressive arowana species so if you like them you have to put up with aggressive behaviour most of the time :banghead:

I've had a 24" Chili Red with my rays for 4 years. Never bothers them. Even had 2 batches of pups in the tank with him and he never even looked at them.

Main thing is rays are at the very bottom and arowana are at the very top. They don't bother one another much at all.

Hey hardhead I will be in the same situation as you, I recommend black aros as they stay smaller, don't develop drop eye(rare), normally very peaceful, look fantastic compared to the silver aros...and so on. Im so far picturing in my tank black are, few peacock bass and of coarse rays.

Wow after posting this i realize you have a black aro now, where did you get it?
