Axolotl acting strange

Hey MFK haven't been on in a while. Very busy with school and work and everything but today I noticed my Axolotl floating awkwardly at the top of the water. He is about 3-4 inches long in a 10 gallon tank filled up about 60%. Water Params are basically perfect. amon 0 nitrite 0 nitrate >10 water temp is about 65-68 degrees. He is still eating and everything but kind of awkwardly floats at the top. anyone know what might cause this?

Mine would occasionally do that when he was getting some air at the surface but would typically come back down in a few minutes.

Mine is staying on the top a lot. Kind of tilted to the side. There is nothing else in the tank so he doesn't have any abrasions or wounds. Not really sure what he is doing

He eats bloodworms most of the time sometimes massivoire and sinking cichlid pellets
