Sorry to hear about your Azul RBoyd. I had to let a friend hold my Azul as he was constantly picking on the Kelberi. I'm hoping to get him back someday if my wife lets me get another big tank. But I still have my two Kelberi.

Nice spangling. My azul was the boss of the tank for sure. Luckily he picked on the silver dollars and not the bass. My kels seem to be pretty docile.

here is mine. When first got it from a fellow member. It had no spangles at all. now they have Popped up. wish my Ipatinga would do the same

From what I've seen, males and females can have really similar traits, even the hump. Gotta wait for the experts to chime in.
