YO!!!!
Long time no post.
I just bought a brand new baby moray eel and he is quite active.
Only during feeding times though:( I try my hardest to get him as much as possible but all the other fish in the tank are so fast.
The roster reads:
3 Bigeye squirrelfish (1 BLind)
1 Panther Grouper
3 Volitan Lionfish
1 Blue Line Tang
1 Passer Angel
1 Green Wolf EEl
1 Baby Moray
Any help on how to get food past thes monsters without getting raped would be much abbliged.
DO WORK!!!!!!

How long is he/she? Are you calling it a baby because he/she is small? Technically speaking your moray is not a baby. It could only be a young adult at best. If it were a baby it would not look like a moray eel. All true eels are born in one form then at around 3 yrs change into what we know as eels.

Do you know which species he/she is? Is there a space where only the little fellow can go? If so depending on species you may try using feeding tongs and place raw shrimp there.

Sorry you are right. He is not a baby. I just call him one. Well I pretty much now just man up and hand feed him. Sometimes the green wolf eels come for me, but other than that its pretty easy now.

Not overstocked. Plenty of room for everyone. The green wlf eels are in fact dotty backs. They are very hardy. My female(Marla) and male(Monty) Have lived in bliss together for quite a while.
