Bambusa - Any keepers?

Got him few weeks back. Initial impression was a very skittish fish - took about a week to finally eat.

Pretty aggressive eater now though like Armatus, it's belly will shrink pretty fast after a few hours. LOL!

I've never kept them but have always followed posts on them. Very interesting fish and potential to get huge. Hope he works out for you

Thanks man. Potentially to about 6 feet from some online pics and reading.

Will shifting him together with the ATFs to a bigger FGT later this year.

I read from some keepers here their growth rate is pretty good. Hope it will pack on more size on the next update.

lol i occasionally have small juvenile ones mixed in with the mixed feeder fish that i buy. had no idea what they were at first and all became food for my monster fish....

Currently keeping him with some ATFs. Initially he got slashed two or three times but at the moment they kinda take no notice of him.
