will the dwarf lion get bigg to the point were ghost shrimp wont fill him up? or is that were the frozen foods come in?. and wat kind of aquascape should I giv the lionfish?

That's just temporary until you can wean it onto frozen foods because they will starve themselves to death. The link I provided has worked for me numerous times with all preds I've kept.
As for aquascape, provide lots of live rock with caves and overhangs. Majority of the time, you will see them just hanging out in those areas and if you get them small enough, they will even stalk and eat the copepods that come on your live rock.
