Funny the filter has more water volume then the tank. maybe you should put the fish in the filter and make the tank a sump!

These are now my favorite canister filters. I'm not too crazy about the super tall 11i and 14i just due to the maintenance aspects of its design, but I love my CFS500 and CFS700.......and I especially love that's its a mere 1/4 the price of an FX

For the price and free shipping I just might have to try one out on my 180.

Yea that'd be sweet if its fully cycled in a month. Although I'm sure Itd only be semi as how much media it is compared to my bio load.



For everyone else they are cheap enough to chance it if you have an extra $100 laying around.
