i didn't read through everything or any of it but is your tank filled with micro bubbles after a water change? do you live in a cold climate?

could be that the water is supersaturated.

There was actually alot more micro bubbles in this waterchange than usual but they are all gone now...n I live in San diego so temperature USUALLY in the 70's degree
But the tig is looking alot better i increase the aeration as much as I could, geos are still having the same issue tho...

It could be gas bubble trauma. I always fill a barrel or spare tank with cold tap water, heat it with aquarium heaters, overdose with Prime, and test for total chlorine before I use it.
