breeding motoro's

My old pair of motoros just recently breed. The females pregnant right now. The females about 15", last time I saw, and the male was about 13".

The female was about 18 month old I think. I dont know when she was born, Colin might though as she came from his pond. The male I have no idea on age. He was mature at 8" when I got him from David Webber. Almost right after they were moved from my 125 into a 200 they breed. Hope that helps some.

I think your female was born in early March 2004. Roughly 20 months old now.

Has she given birth yet?

nope, not yet. I'll be sure to let you know though. I'm looking really forward to it. I thonk its been just over three months now. I dont know how that compares to other rays. Hopefully soon
