caffeine is a scam. its all placebo. SCAM

I used to think, "It's just caffeine." Then I drank an entire colada of Cuban coffee(meant to serve 6)
They serve it in those little bitty cups for a reason. I vibrated so hard I had to go home from work. I think it took me close to 20 minutes to get the key in the door when I got there.
That's probably why I can drink so much regular coffee though. That, and 8 years of chow hall coffee. If a spoon won't stand up, it ain't coffee.

best time to have coffee: 3-5am while sitting in front of my fish tanks, with fish that are happy to see me after I wake them up... Its okay, I let them sleep in late.

I drank a four pack of redbull on new years to stay awake at work (fine dinning) in like 3 hours. I didn't sleep until 6 am and I thought I was going to have a heart attack and I have not drank any since.

I drink anywhere between 8 and 12 cups in the 4 hour period after I wake up. You gotta drink it fast to get the effects of it!

1-2 cups in the morning, 1-2 energy drink through out the day, and any form of diet soda has more caffine than regular

Anyone ever try 5150 "crazy juice" Its a caffeine concentrate you can add to beer!!!

Great for sunday afternoon water changes and tank maintenance.
