Can someone help me identify, and give info on this cichlid?

The same friend who gave me that pleco, gave me 7 of these cichlids. He called them pearl white zebra cichlids. I tried to look up info under that name, and found nothing. Is there another name these would be called? Also, if you have any info, like how big they get, water parameters, difference between male and female, etc, that will be great.) I can not find any information on these. anything will help. They are currently 2" long.

They could be leucistic zebra cichlids or regular leucistic african cichlids. But I not exactly sure though.
