5" C. Spectabilis for sale. Bought from TUIC when he was under 1" a couple years ago. Sad to have to sell him but there's some new aggression in the tank that he can't handle.

Eating pellets and frozen.

Will include pics of him when he's happy and a more recent one as well. Absolute stunner when he isnt getting picked on.

What is the "general" name for that fish? I've never seen that; it has some great color!

Not sure. Saw them in a public aquarium a couple months ago, which shocked me, but i can't remember what they called them there... something i would never have guessed. Usually just see them called basketmouth cichlids when mentioned online.

He is spectacular.
He just keeps trying to pick fights with my big pike (who just wants to be left alone) and getting his butt kicked every time he instigates.
