it might be a barramundi but it was labled as chinese perch. If it is a barramundi, is 15$ still a good price for the 3 of them?

Yeah you got a good deal, $10-15 each at that size is normal. Chuatsi will have maroon color when young. You definitely have barramundi cuda, great fish either way. Siniperca can be hard to come by especially 3 of them at an LFS, unless it is at Rare Fish.
