Ciclid with bruise?

can anyone tell me if this white bruise on my ciclid is anything to be cautious of?

It could be a scrape (scales scraped off) or columnaris (is it fuzzy at all?).

If you use salt at 1 tablespoon per 10 gallons, treat with the recommended dosages of methylene blue, and increase the temperature to 83 degrees F. It should go away in a week or two. If not you should use methylene blue and malachite green, twice the recomended dosage of Formalin MS, and salt and it will go away in 3 days.
