Just wondering if that works? I have some Thinbars and my friend offer to give me a TSN. I was thinking about taking it to put in. The Tsn is about 6 inches and the dats are around 5.
It will work for a very short term. The growth rates are on the opposite ends of the spectrum you would have to separate them shortly. If I were you I would'nt even bother, instead look for a cat that doesnt grow to 5ft in length.
if you want catfish there are other alternatives like pictus cats. or you can also try synodontis.(many different kind) whichever one fits your taste should be fin. those stay 6 inches and takes a while to grow so it should be better then the tsn
Try Columbian shark. They only get to just over a foot. They are reported to do best in full brackish. That's how I kept mine. Most synodontis are nice too.
