A friend of mine who works at a Big Als came into the independent store I work at and told me that he listened to a customer describe your exact same problem. Maybe it was you? Are you in Hamilton? Maybe not. I think it was a perfecto tank.

From what I was told the busted-tank owner was supposedly getting some compensation.

My condolences either way.

You might consider having a disaster repair crew give you a free estimate since you have multiple levels involved. My dads sink broke in the upstairs and the worst damage was in the wall going to the basment. Plus you can bring the estimate to court if need be.
