It's a year late, but perhaps, they didn't say anything about Apple, because you don't need to download an app to turn on the flashlight on an Iphone. There's a built-in mode for it in whatever version of IOS that came out 2 years ago

My Galaxy S3 (its up to a 6 now) has this built in also....and it works great and I use it quite often

You have it all on your PC too. They are watching you from everywhere. A lot of the facebook "likes" people push on websites specifically tells advertisers how to spam you. Think about that next time you do that.
