Does my Arowana have drop eye?

Not sure how true this is but i have read that some people have put there arows in very murky water tanks and they don't get drop eye/ or has cured drop eye. like i said i have only read this.

I don't think it's true at all. It is silly to think that murky water has anything to do with drop eye or even as a cure for a drop eye. IMO... Drop eye are caused by the tissue behind the eye that grows, just like the fat around our bellies, when arowana eat high fatty foods or from over feeding. Unfortunately Silver arowana and Asian arowana drop eyes are irreversible and the only cure for that is to surgically remove the fatty tissue from around the eyeball and then push the eyeball back into its original place.
