I have no idea how you moved a 180 gal. alone. Mine is close to 300 lbs and a struggle for two men to move?

I might add that I'm 5'10" and weigh about 197lbs and bench 240lbs. I'm not huge but have been noted to have dense muscle... lol

I saw a program once where some chinese blokes were swinging heavy weights from their members to improve the flow of yang energy in the body... Maybe there's something the mod isn't telling us
