ET-2M-12 Solenoid Valve Repair

Can anyone give me any pointers on diagnosis of my problem? All of the sudden the valve doesn't open. I can hear it click slightly but only the tiniest of bubbles will come out the bubble counters, I mean tiny, and only a couple of them.

Seems like a simple device but I'm not sure in which order the "Washers" should be assembled because when I removed it the contents (two washers, one simple ring and one more elaborate) I fumbled and didn't see how they were set up.

Seems like a simple device... just clean everything and try again?

Can you show some pictures of the way this is assembled and disassembled. Would help give you a better answer

I would say the washer sits ontop of the plate in my best opinion but I could be wrong. My guess would be there is a piece of dirt or crud stuck in the valve. Is there any way to disassemble the valve any further. It's hard to diagnose a problem from a picture so I'm gIvins you my best opinion
