I never thought about Stocking it with cold water sub tropical fish. The only problem is it would cost a LOT of money to stock a pond/private lake with those types of fish. Granted, it would be really cool though. Something to ponder anyway!!! Gotta spend it on something, right?

We're house hunting right now and a decent pond is a must have. This would be a very cool stocking option, although maybe not safe for the dogs.

That's sure an idea!!! Those species grow up pretty fast also. I'd have to get a state permit to shoot the Great Blue Herons(AKA-Stork,HaHa,Lol!!!)to keep them from eating my exotic fish!
