When you do a water change (Or do it ASAP) use 10G of that water and put in into the 10G grow-out. Then use a dirty filter cartridge and clean it into the 10G. By this time your sponge filter should have a reduced cycling process time. But you may want to keep them in the main tank untill its safe.

That is total bs.... My two firemouths rule my tank... kinda pissing me off. They chase the crap outa my green terrors and i have noticed a "notch" on my clown knife i am seriously thinking of just flushing their asses or on a better note taking them back. They aren't a pair they are both males so i dont know wtf is going on.
