I hate to post the same basic question but I’ve been getting mixed information regarding feeding my flowerhorns. What’s the real deal with frozen bloodworms? Good? Bad? I have him on Hikari gold and he seems to be doing well but I still have a ton of frozen bloodworms. Maybe feed them to my jardinii?

I would feed bloodworms no more than once per week it is a good treat once in awhile. Everyday feeding is not healthy for the fish.

That’s what I was doing, he goes nuts for the stuff but primarily have him on pellets, he’s proven to not be a picky eater. Appreciate the help!

I had a discus pair for a long time that ate worms almost exclusively. They were extremely healthy and colorful. YMMV.
