One of my male Mobas has pop eye. It is only one eye so I figure it is from fighting. I dosed the tank wth acriflavine(only antibacterial I have) and Melafix. The eye itself is enlarged to the point that it sticks out a good quarter inch. I did a 30% water change. Its a 265 gallon tank. Is there anything else I should do? Add some epsom salts or something? I was thinking of getting some Maracyn if it is a better antibacterial. I don't know if there is anything else I can do? I don't want to setup a hospital tank and move him because he already looks fairly stressed out.

Agreed. Those fish have had a really rough time, lucky to be alive.
Pop eye is usually due to poor water quality.Keep up the waterchanges and he should pull through
