The ideal thing is to leave all fish in the water at all times of course, but I don't think picking them up in your wet hand for a few seconds is anything comparable to the possible stress of a net...And I don't think I've ever caused the death of a baby dat through the use of a net which i've done countless times...Nice young indos fellas

I take my dats out and walk them once a week. They don't seem stressed.

I take my ST out every other week measure him kick him around like a football (that's the globe shaped ball not that egg shaped rugby ball you guys in the US call a football ) put him back in and he's still stable
