Are they slow growers as a rule?
I only ask as the one I have had for months and which has spent all that time hidden in the alfagrog chamber of my sump is soon to go in to its own tank where I hope to feed it well and get it thick enough to one day go in my bigger tank
It is about 12" long and not very thick so I kept it in a chamber in the sump taht just has plants etc but it always moves through the k1 chamber to the alfagrog one where it chooses to live. I never see it only every month or so where I check its alive
I have set up a 48x20x20" tank and will move it in to there so I can feed it up and actually see the thing more regularly
It will get fed more regularly now so I am hoping for growth
