Help!! Spiders in fish tank!!

LOL, water scorpions are not a threat unless you are a small minnow, could be a good food source though!

Definitely not spiders. Probably insects :grinyes:

Your camera's too close. Get about two feet away, then crop it down and blow it up. But it's definitely something I've seen before. I don't remember what it is. Water scorpion as kevinfleming suggested seems close, but the front arms don't seem to quite fit the bill.

Google 'water insect' and browse a few pages.

It's a cell phone cam so its gunna be crap no matter what, but i backed it up a bit, this is probably the best i can do...

either way they are predators to fish, well small fish. If your fish are big enough.....give them a snack. If they are little guys, get rid of the bugs.

yes i have these in my pond 100% harmless and the fish actually enjoy eating them :Dthe RTC's mostly:) am scared to touch them though when i go IN my pond(to clean( i dont want to know if they bite
