What do you plan on keeping in this pond? Vortex require low flow and mainly for large debri like leaf. Have you considered bead type filters since space seem to be a limiting factor?
thanks , I'm not sure if bead filters are available here.
I'm planning to move my arowanas into a pond :)

All filters are not perfect and I don't care to offer opinions when it comes to pond filtration but I can speak from experience in pond keeping.

Filtration mistakes have cost me over £2k during my life and as there is no perfect one, either custom or off the peg.

The best advise I can give is go and see real up and running ponds and see what they do/works, any off the peg pond filter 'works' but will it work for you?

Fit a bottom drain and before any filtration have a sieve, it's the only thing in pond keeping that makes sense.

Best of luck
