Okay, my box is built. I'm about to cut my glass hole today. I already cut my rounded edges.

Debating on fiberglassing interior corners, OR doing exterior bracing with interior concrete board.
I want to do fiberglassing instead, because it may look neater (less bulky exterior). But I don't know how and I can't find an EXACT step by step how to and WHAT products specifically to buy?

Home depot carries MAT and CLOTH fiberglass pieces.
Autopart stores do too, but their resin or whatever looks different.

My liquid sealer is black Pond Armor.

Should I just do concrete board/hardibacker with exterior bracing?
Or Fiberglass the inside?
I mean, if I learn how to fiberglass, I might just fiberglass the ENTIRE interior of it. Because I can get carried away with it :p

So many products it is hard to choose. From what I get you wanna make sure the silicon adheres to it. I'm still up in the air on what I'm going to use. But I do know I am going to fiberglass and then coat with epoxy. I think there is a marine grade resin that may be best. I hear you do not wanna get it on you skin because it burns badly unlike other resin.

I work with lots of composites. Like fiberglass.

Best bet is to order from a plastics shop that specializes in all that stuff.

I highly highly recommend west systems fiberglass epoxy. Its a 2 part epoxy. They have various speeds of hardeners. This stuff is marine grade used in boats. I'd also recommend using fiberglass cloth not fiberglass mat. Don't use automotive grade. Its not a the same. Its actually polyester resin. Not as water resistant or as strong as the epoxy.

There are several other manufacturers of epoxy and hardener I'd recommend I've also got a local supplier that does ship products.

The issues with epoxies and resins along with various composites like fiberglass or carbon fiber or kevlar and working with the epoxies for them is vapors, physical contact with the epoxy or resin and even contact with the dust from sanding dried materials like cured fiberglass and epoxy is high allergic reaction or development of allergies to the stuff from exposure. This is why you want to wear protective clothing and breathing apparatus such as resperator with fresh air. Be sure to do this where good air flow is involved.
