Here is there new tank

7 x42wx30h. 3/4 inch glass with a .5 inch tempered starfire front. Outside silent overflows. Supposed to be longer, but I have a chimney on one side and a stair case on the other...oh well.

Sump is 51lx30wx24h. We just got it put into the wall yesterday. Contractor screwed up the frame on it so that will be reworked but I am definately looking forward to it.

Will be powered by a Dart 3600gph with 2 Vortex 3000 gph powerheads for addiitonal waterflow (as my rays love it) and a Turbo twist 36 watt UV sterilzer with a mag 500 powering it.

Should kick some serious ass when done only issue is what the heck do I put in the 6x4 pond....hmm

Very nice.. love the width.

Have to ask, structurally.. what is with the empty void under the tank from the backside? Any worry or is there a solution?

Empty void.......OH! you mean the sump space. It is getting tiled right now it wont be empty for long.

well yeah I figured that (great ideas)

but what about supporting the weight of the tank? Must be some serious cross bracing hiding underneath the finish work.

I think he meant will that affect the support of the tank, that empty space with no reenforcement.
