Let me rephrase this....
Brine shrimp are still basically pointless, still with the mcdonalds thing...
If you're getting them live, they are healthier than frozen.
If you're getting them frozen...make sure you thaw them, put them in a micro sized net and rinse them off to ensure you're not adding phosphates into your tank because who knows what type of preservatives they use...
then you can add this liquid that i mentioned...the one that i use is called Selcon. Only because it is the first one i ever found when i started at my LFS and it worked for me... (

let the shrimp soak in that for a few minutes and then feed.
You will be much better off that way.
Gobies aren't very picky in salt or fresh...they're food dumpsters----mysis shrimp are better to feed just on a side note...but i would still use the selcon even with the mysis
