Do these small pore like holes on the front of my oscar's head look like the start of hole in head disease to anyone? It would not eat yesterday, and it has been very stagnant. My parameters are all good, but my oscar has not been acting normal so I'm not sure whats going on.

Those are sensory glands, Oscar looks very healthy :)

Its hard to tell from picture but is he pretty full grown? Very common for fish to fast when they leave baby/adolescence stage of life.

Its only about 9.5" so i feel like it should have a little more growing to do, but if it is just fasting do they just get lazy when they are adults explaining its lack of movement?

Oahu, Hi.
I would do an epsom salt treatment, change water, and add salt. Keep your water pristine!!!
The Epsom salt treatment is outlined in a sticky in the forum by RD. It won't hurt and will get your oscars gut cleaned out. Cheap and effective. Does wonders. IME oscars don't fast. Lol.

It may not hurt the fish, but it might damage plants. If not plants than its worth the try will low risk, assuming done properly.

Ok, I do not believe this is not a sensory gland. Should I start a treatment?

Oahu, Hi.
Epsom salt solution. Soak pellet and feed! Outlined in detail by RD! Won't hurt anything! You don't add it to the water! Simple, cheap, and effective!
