My condolences for your family's trauma & all the loss.
Thankfully your wife & daughter made it out in one piece (physically.
I understand the horror of losing beloved animals in fire. the horse I grew up with died in one, along with several others I'd known for years. it was more years than I can count, before any thoughts of it lost trauma.
Perhaps the main comfort for your wife will be that your daughter is safe, because she can't erase the other stuff.
The only tiny help for me at thoughts of the animals, was the speed it goes. her pain will be longer than theirs :-(
but that gave a sliver of comfort to me.
My friend was there as his beloved dog died in a home fire and he had a heart episode from trauma.
Memories have to be diverted from details for a LONG time.
Tv fire scenes got turned off for years.
it might be better that she broke down right away, rather than stuffing things down over a long haul.
everybody's different.
Take care.
