How to catch these fish?

Get or make a divider, drain water same as you would for a water change, if possible use the divider to trap the fish you want to remove on one side of the tank. Remove the decor on that side and use 2 nets to capture them.

I did a 50% change and took out all the decor and still couldn't catch them. Actually the one I caught a while back that was in a breeder net jumped back into the main tank so progress is going backwards. In all honesty though, the one that got back in (former troublemaker) hasn't made a move at anybody since he got back in and the other two haven't been either (yet) so I think I'm actually just going to leave the, in the 75 until they get about 4". I'm actually quite impressed with the male, any fish that can jump out of a net with less than 1/4" of space between it and the lid has my approval. I'm actually quite attached to them now (making me a hypocrite because I've said multiple times that I'll never own cichlid again, angry rant much lol :)).
