I guess, maybe its just easier when you know that you've screwed up.


Has anyone had this pale syndrome(see first posts) happen to them? Its the only thing I can put my finger on, but still no reason for him to become pale.

I lost a pair of motoros about 6 months ago and the only thing I can think of that did it was the shrimp I was feeding them. The both became pale in color also and swollen and for that reason i dont feed my rays shrimp anymore I'd rather spend the extra cash on night crawlers then to risk losing hundred dollar fish again and sorry for your loss I've lost quite a few rays in the past but none of my collection specimens man i would in such a depression if i ever did. good luck with your current and future rays:D .
