If it’s lympho, there isn’t really much you can do besides provide clean water and good food (etc.). Lympho is rarely fatal.
If bacterial, treat with an antibiotic like kanaplex or neoplex.
This could be the result of an injury so keep an eye on tankmates.

I removed from tank and he is quarantining. There are Gymnogeophagus Terrapurpurra parents in the tank, and they chase all the fish in their away. Could it be an injury?

I think it’s possible that it’s an injury. Often that’s where a lot of infections stem from.
