I saw these fish for sale and they are labeled as snook. Was wondering if you guys could verify and witch species of snook they are.

You're from Florida, the type of Snook you're used to is the estuarine sport fish related to Barramundi. These are called Bay Snook, they are a SA/CA freshwater Cichlid that is neither from bays, or a type of Snook.
