Im still saying its a lou!-)

the op has multiple pics of the fish in his pic album when it was spawning with his male...different looking and better looking than the "norm" but still a jag...not a loisellei ..though looks a lot like one...according to the traits of a loisellei...they are the one parachromis that does not have vertical bands. in the pics his does, they are not thick but still there...his wiid caught jag is similar to freswaterpredators wild caught jag...but who knows maybe like the midas complex there is a parachromis managuensis complex with more species varients to be indentified....however if not a pure jag don't think its a pure loisellei either.....

Here's one from today: (similar angle, I know.. link to more shots below)
The mouth on the jag appears quite distinctive from both the Freddie & the Loiselle. At least in these shots

I must say, she does look quite similar to that photo,
but there is no green or blue on the edges of her fins.. as Loiselle's commonly have (so Ive read, Im no expert).

Confirmed loiselle:

I have different angles of my female in this gallery as well:

That is a very nice Jaguar...love the deep black markings and almost bulldog like chin. Very Nice

Mr Smith... about those loisellei comparison pics you posted... All I'm going to say is Google image Friedrichstali la cieba... ..

Thanks all for the compliments on my female jag... I had different lighting in the tank and she was in my 75 gallon at the time of that pic... Her fins turned dark like that when fry tending.. That was actually a hybrid spawn with a male Texas cichlid if that has any thing to do with it .. I did not intend or expect that to happen.... recent shot of her in the 120 also fry tending.... Fins not as dark....
