Input on sump/refugium design?

Glass baffles in a glass sump is always best and cutting the glass is not hard at all. I always cut my baffles 1/8 -3/16 narrower then the inside of the sump, it allows you to place the baffle easier and have a gap between the sump wall and baffle so if you decide to change the design you can cut it out

Great, thanks so much guys, that's really helpful. I did talk to a co-worker a couple of hours ago and he also suggested glass and offered to cut it for me as well, so that's all set. He also gave me some pointers. So I think I'm all set now!

That's why I like Belfast. We go to Camden sometimes, and it's too crowded. I can get all the same beer in Belfast, clam chowder's better, I like the view better, it's casual, and the crowds aren't bad even in the middle of summer. good bookstore, too.
