I have a bunch of live rock that has been in storage I was hoping to use in my new tank to save some money. I have boiled the rock (since doing this I have read mixed reviews on boiling, but it's already been boiled so there is no turning back). I have it sitting in a tank with a powerhead on it and I was going to leave it out to dry for a couple of day's before adding it to my main tank which is a 29 gallon with is just filled with live sand and water. As long as the rock is clean I assume it should be fine. Can anyone confirm? Trying to save some money as I have already spent a lot. That being said I want to do this right so if I need to toss the old rock let me know. Thanks for the help.
