It’s nearly dark by the time we get home. The tank will have to stay on the trailer till next week. I’m not crazy about the idea but I have no choice. I have to put a floor in over the garage to store stuff up there in the attic. That tank is going to take up a lot of room!

Sweet! I wish I knew 14 people I could call to help me move something like that!

I filled two garbage cans with sand. That is almost half of it. The rest was just too hard to get out of the tank. We dragged them into the house to keep them warm. We got the 100 gal. tub into the living room and put the rock into it to keep the bacteria, coralline coral & copepods alive. We put a powerhead into the tub to keep the water moving. My house now looks like a tornado hit it! What a mess!

I spent forever moving stuff up into the garage attic. It took three of us a day to move all of it. When I could finally see the wall I cut a hole & hoped I had not made a mistake in my measurements. I did not cut all the way through. I left the drywall in place on the living room side.
