Mainly catfish tank

The fish that zips by is a Albino Hemibagrus nemurus/ Asian Redtail Catfish. Regular Asian Redtails are known for being pretty aggressive but I've heard Albino Asian Redtails tend to be more tolerant. I wouldn't count on that though as I haven't heard it said enough or any proof for me to think the statement is in any way reliable. I've kept them myself only once and had no issues but mine where juveniles which can make all the difference in the world.

Have you not got them anymore? Pretty good looking but I just did a google search and yer they seem agro!

Longfindragon No unfortunately. I had gotten mine from a LFS that went out of business who had surprisingly unusual stock. Since then I haven't seen the Albinos for sale which is too bad because I'd like to try my hand at them again. Segrest has them in their master catalog list so if you go to their site you can see if they sell to a LFS near you and ask the LFS to find out if Segrest has any in. If they don't you an ask the LFS to ask for a email reminder from Segrest when/if they come in. In the past they went for about $50USD or so.

Mine has not been too bad at all. http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=36790 They are farmed for food and usually are $5 for ~3" when I see them. Perhaps Kolt's seen a grow-out.
