great idea but i would be worried with all the weight from the bins and hood on top of a acrylic or even glass tank

looks freat
Holy crap! That looks awesome!!!! Good luck with the tank
Nice job on the DIY stand and canopy. Looks great!:)
Nice work, looks like you have a sound plan moving forward!
Thank you all for the kind words!

Does look great - look forward to further updates.

Will it just be 3 Hystrix living in there? 30 inch of water with 3 rays on the bottom could look kinda empty?

No Silver Dollars? Arowana? Heros Severus?
I completely forgot to mention my planned stock. I have a 12" Leichardti Arowana and 3 17" black Arowanas that will go in with the stingrays. As for the future I have 6 atf (3 gatf, 2 taft, and 1 vatf) That will go in with the rays as well. They are currently at 6" but I want to wait until they are at least 8-10" before adding them in. Also once the black arowanas reach 2ft+ I am going to be moving them out.

Hopefully when the time comes everyone plays nice and I will have a top swimmer, middle swimmers, and bottom dwellers.
