Reading the stock list it sounded really cramped, but after seeing the pics it doesn't look too cramped at all. Nice job!
I'm a believer in over filtration, but have you tried experimenting with less filters running to see if all those filters are actually necessary........so you're not wasting too much money on electricity?

No matter the filtration, this tank is going to be way overstocked in short order. Pbass get HUGE. And issues with aggression are only going to get worse (not better).

The key to maintaining water quality is going to be both huge water changes and keeping the many filters clean (i.e. changing or rinsing the mechanical filtration frequently).

Just because canisters are a PITA to clean I'd go with a sump w/filter sock and other easily cleaned mechanical filtration.
