My Red Tiger Oscar is a Messy Eater - Need Appropriate Bottom Feeder

My Oscar destroys all types of food except tilapia, where it stuffs it's face until it cannot fit more, then steals more somehow.
Takes pellets, and just crushes half of them despite sizes, at 8inches.
Have to feed bichirs via a tube to the sand and distract Oscar as long as possible

There is an emperor snakehead in the tank and seeing the OP´s other threads, the tank is a 120g.
So,

OP
Either keep the snakehead and remove the oscar and jag or vice-versa.
Depending on your choice and after putting it in practice, whe´ll talk about clean-up crew, if any is needed....
