That is a Nimbochromis Fuscotaeniatus ''Fusco" I have had several in the past

It looks like a Nimbochromis polystigma . Quite often they are confused as livingstonii's when younger. I have had a few they are fun to feed. And are beautiful when mature. Males will develop a bluish hue to their heads. and turn almost completey blue in their breeding dress.
