Its definitely a peacock of some sort. Potentially Red shoulder hard to tell need a side view to confirm. There are a lot of hybrid peacocks out there as well so it could also be a mut of some kind.

I looked up some pics and I think you are right. He was sold to me as a red collar and I couldn't find info but when I looked up red shoulder, I am pretty sure that is what he is. Thank you.
