You will find more information if you search their more common name, Electric Blue Acara. Here are some threads from the past year:

They don't seem to grow as large as normal blue acaras, but everything else is the same. Same temperament, same water requirements (basically any stable, clean water works, they aren't so picky), and they do breed true. 100% of the fry will be electric blue. Pairs will spawn at 6 - 10 months of age in most cases. I've seen 3" females spawning.

What's the max size you've seen so far? I don't think I'm seeing anything over 4"

I do think they are a wonderful little fish. Definitely more recommended than an EBJD to people who are new to fish, my little guy is more or less indestructible given he was one of the few things to survive my tank crash *sigh*

My males have made it to about 5" but the females seem to be somewhere between 3.5" and 4". I've had them for just over a year. When I got them they were like 1.5" or so.

My 2 suspected Males are between 5" and 6" at the moment and took about a year to get there. I wouldn't be surprised if they hit 6-7" eventually.

They are gorgeous fish and very smart. We had one at about 5" that we where moving from the planted tank to the 250 and it jumped out of the tank and hit my husband in the chest because he didn't want to be caught. They are definitely one of my favorite fish and a joy to have

They are extremely prolific spawners, and they have great personalities. They act like puppies.
