I don't. I don't actually have really a set way of QTing my fish. Sometimes I actually QT them and other times I just throw them in an moniter them.

I mean there's been 2-3 times when I knowingly buy a sick fish. I've bought my 10" male and 12" female WC sens as well as a 2.5" teugelsi a while back. They all had bichirs worms. However bichir worms is pretty easy to treat. I usually won't buy a fish that looks deathly ill unless I'm confident I can treat it. Other than that I am really careful about who I order from I've bought from some really good vendors that keep really clean nice looking fish so there was really no need to seperate them into QT (that and I didn't have the tank space for a QT tank for a 23"-24" PBB or 20"+ Nigerian lap).

Wow a small dabola.. Why there are not much lap variant in my country.. :(
Sometimes you have to just sit and wait. And others you have to go out and find it. Some will be harder to get than others, but if your determined enough almost nothing is impossible to get.

They're a parasite exclusive to polypteridae (ropefish included). They are tiny parasites that looks like small hairs. I treat them with prazipro, salt, and upped heat.
